Also this year (like every year) we guarantee our guests the utmost attention to cleanliness and hygiene. In addition, we best respect the ministerial and regional protocols on sanitation and safety.

RECEPTION AND CHECK-IN PROCEDURES:

One person is allowed to enter the Reception at a time. The hand sanitizing gel is available to every person who accesses the Reception.
The reception is sanitized regularly. The counter and the points of greatest contact are sanitized after each person exits.
It is recommended (but not necessary) to follow the online check-in procedure.
Guests are required to maintain a safe distance between members of a different family unit. The use of the mask is recommended when it is not possible to respect the safety distance.

COMMON TOILETS AND SHOWERS:

Guests are asked to sanitize their hands before accessing the common toilets and showers. Hand sanitizer gel dispensers are available at the entrance of the toilets/showers.
The toilets and the showers are sanitized every day. For your greater safety, we have sanitizing solutions to use independently.
Regular cleaning is guaranteed and intensified.

HOUSING UNITS:

Mobile homes, apartments and caravans are sanitized down to the smallest detail with hydrogen peroxide treatments after each family departure. The air conditioners are sanitized at each change of guest/family.
Maximum cleaning and safety are guaranteed.
For your greater safety, we have sanitizing solutions to use independently.

PLAYGROUND:

We ask all parents to sanitize their children's hands before they enter the playground. Hand sanitizer gel dispensers are available at various points on the campsite.

PARTIES AND ENTERTAINMENT SHOWS:

We will evaluate the possibility of organizing shows and parties based on the directives that will be issued for summer 2022.

BEACHES:

Each umbrella has 14 m2 available.
It is recommended to use the mask when it is not possible to respect the safety distance.
The toilets are sanitized every day. Inside each toilet there is a sanitizing solution to be sprayed independently.
